Returns & Refund Policy

At Ryndra, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase.
To help you choose the right products and avoid any inconvenience, please review all product details and sizing information carefully before completing your order.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags

  • Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To start your return, please email us at info.ryndra@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Your preferred refund option (store credit or refund to original payment method)

Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a courier pickup from your provided address within 2–5 business days.


Return Options

🏠 Home Collection (Pakistan Orders)

We offer free returns within 14 days for store credit.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a small shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Your refund or store credit will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Opened personal care or wellness products (e.g., sprays, oils, towels, or earplugs once used)

  • Gift cards or promotional bundles

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via store credit (based on your selection).

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info.ryndra@gmail.com.


International Returns (Including GCC Countries)

For customers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please email info.ryndra@gmail.com to initiate your return and receive the return address.

  • Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Please use a tracked courier service and share the tracking number with us — Ryndra is not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.

  • Refunds for international orders will be processed after deducting any customs duties or taxes incurred during the initial shipment.
